Anago Cleaning Systems, a nationally recognized franchised commercial cleaning company, has an immediate opening for City Support Associate, based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Fort Lauderdale.

In this exciting role, you will work closely with our internal team and our franchise offices to help support their operations.  This includes support, training, reporting, testing and more.

This is a full-time position: Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM


  • Provide support both internally and to Master Franchise Offices
  • Assist in training of Master Franchise Owners and their staff in proprietary software
  • Review and analyze Master Franchise reports
  • Test and analyze software development
  • Maintaining databases
  • Assist in developing training materials
  • Other related projects as assigned

Skills / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in the Adobe suite of software a plus
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task
  • Positive attitude and a team player
