The Administrative Assistant will primarily be responsible for:

  • Maintaining office services by organizing office operations and procedures
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Preparing bid proposals for prospective clients
  • Data entry
  • Scheduling presentation appointments
  • Running reports and processing paperwork
  • Maintaining client and franchise files
  • Franchisee support
  • Invoicing and collections
  • Sales, customer and operations support

Skills / Requirements

Ideal candidate must be:

  • Bilingual – Fluent in Spanish and English
