Responsibilities Include:

  • Making outbound calls to achieve daily and monthly goals
  • Qualifying leads and setting appointments for our Outside Sales Team
  • Build and maintain a database with potentially interested prospects and follow up for future business opportunities
  • Other related duties as assigned

 

Skills/ Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and traits in order to perform the job:

  • Business to business experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Able to listen, identify a need and offer a solution to a potential customer.
  • Prior experience in making out-bound sales calls a plus.
  • Computer literate with data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Comfortable and at ease with making calls.
  • Self-motivated and a team player.

 

Important Notes:

  • Pay rate: starting at $13/hour plus a great commission package
  • This is a full-time position. Hours are Monday-Friday, 9am – 4pm
  • Complete paid training
  • 401(k) with company match after 6 months of employment
  • Central office location within Beltway 8
