Anago Cleaning Systems, a nationally recognized franchised commercial cleaning company, has an immediate opening for a qualified Inside Sales Associate/ Appointment Setter at our corporate headquarters in Pompano Beach. Our business is booming and we need you!

Hours are: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday, with time off for breaks and lunch,



  • Making outbound calls to set appointments for outside reps
  • Tracking daily phone calls
  • Follow up and answering return calls/emails
  • Other related duties as assigned

Skills / Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and traits in order to perform the job:

  • Business to business experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Prior experience in making outbound calls is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to listen, identify a need and offer a solution to a potential customer.
  • Computer literate with good data entry skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Comfortable and at ease with making calls.
  • Self-motivated and a team player.

  • Base salary plus a great commission package.
  • Complete paid training.
  • Major medical, dental and vision insurance available after 60 days to full-time employees.
