Job Description

We are a fast-paced, growing commercial cleaning business looking for a high-energy, part-to full-time person that can easily manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment. This position requires extensive experience in customer service, planning, scheduling, successfully meeting important deadlines by performing the following duties. The successful candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish. Must be available for occasional evenings and weekends.

• Has strong customer relation skills and ability to resolve demanding issues and concerns.
• Orientates, oversees, manages, and supports franchise owners and customers.
• Matches existing unit franchise owner with the appropriate customer.
• Conducts walkthroughs for new starts or transfers.
• Receives, tracks, and resolves all work orders in a timely manner.
• Conducts onsite inspections to ensure services were done properly, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
• Enters data in the system for all inspections performed during the day and updates Regional Director.
• Performs monthly telephone inspections with current clients

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read and interpret documents in both English and Spanish such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively in front of customers or employees.

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.
