Anago Cleaning Systems, a nationally recognized franchised commercial cleaning company, has an immediate opening for a Bilingual Administrative Assistant, based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Fort Lauderdale.

We are looking for a Fully Bilingual Reliable Administrative Assistant to grow with our company.

This is a full-time position: Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answering Incoming Calls
  • Franchise Inquiries
  • Database Entry
  • Creating, Running, and Reviewing Reports
  • Transcribing Documents for Executive Team

Skills / Requirements

  • Fully Bilingual both written and verbal in English/Spanish
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or Minimum 2 years experience in Reception/Customer Service office environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word (must be able to demonstrate competency)
  • Ability to Multi-Task in a fast paced environment
