A professional commercial janitorial company, has an immediate opening for Bilingual (English and Spanish) Customer Service Manager at our regional office.

Location: Clearwater FL

FULL TIME: 8:30am - 5:00pm

MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION

This position is designed to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests from clients and franchise owners.

Responsibilities:
- Make telephone inspection calls daily. Document in database. Report any concerns to Franchise Owner and Operations Managers.
-Respond promptly to client concerns via phone and email. Document in database.
- Answer questions and assist with problem solving with Franchise Owners, Operations Managers, and Clients.
- Offer accounts to Franchise Owners with Franchisee, Client, Operations Manager, and Sales Rep.
- Keep track of and document New Starts, Cancellations, Declines, Transfers, Addendums, Initial Business, etc.
- Set up walk-thru's with the Client, Franchise Owner, Sales Rep, and Operations Managers.
- Run daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Assist in answering phones when necessary.
- Contact vendors to order supplies for Franchise Owners, Clients and Office. Keep track of PO orders and process for payment.
- Fill out paperwork to process for administration and accounting.
- Assist in monthly orientation classes.

Requirements:

- Must be Bilingual (English and Spanish) to communicate with Franchise Owners
- Knowledge of Microsoft Products Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Comfortable and at ease with making calls.
- Self-motivated and a team player.
