Bilingual ( SPANISH) Customer Service Rep - Clearwater
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team! Nationally recognized commercial cleaning company has an immediate opening for a Bilingual ( Spanish) Customer Service Rep at our Clearwater office.
Hours: 8:30 - 5:00 Monday - Friday
The customer service position is designed to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and
requested from Clients and Franchise owners.
- make customer service calls daily. Document in database. Report any concerns to Franchise Owner. -Respond promptly to client concerns via phone/email. Document in database. -Answer questions and assist with problem solving with Franchise Owners. -Offer accounts to Franchise owners and set up walk-thru's with Franchisee, Client, Operations Manager, and Sales Rep.
-Run weekly and monthly reports.
-Assist in answering phones when necessary -Contact vendors to order supplies for Franchise Owners, Clients, and Office. Keep track of PO orders and process for payment. -Fill out paperwork to process to administration and accounting. -Assist in monthly orientation classes. -Must be Bilingual (Spanish) to communicate with Franchise Owners. -Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. -Comfortable and at ease with making calls. -Self-motivated and a team player.
