Job Description
Rapidly Growing National Franchise Company in Commercial Cleaning Industry, seeking experienced person in Janitorial Operations. Must be strong trainer and have SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE skills. Career opportunity for person with strong work ethic. The Brand Manager is responsible for inspecting client accounts and building client relationships. This is a full-time salaried position. Must be willing to work nights and weekends as necessary. Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance coverage and a well-running respectable vehicle.
RESPONSIBILITIES
CUSTOMER SERVICE MUST HAVES FOR SUCCESS:
- Proactive monthly inspections of client accounts.
- Build customer relations.
- Handle client requests and issues
- Franchisee development, support, and training
- Bi-Lingual required (English/Spanish)
- Attend all initial walk-throughs with new accounts and franchisees.
- Solutions oriented to solve clients needs/issues.
- Maintain client accounts with a goal of 98% or greater account retention.
- Maintains relationships with all Franchise Owners
- Ability to work nights and weekends on occasion as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Demonstrate SUPERIOR customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Able to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Conduct Training classes.
- Must be willing to work some evenings as needed.
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum 2 years Customer Service/Operations experience in the janitorial OR service industries
- Professional appearance
- Valid Driver’s License and Auto Insurance Coverage
- Technology skills including the ability to use laptops, tablets, phones, Microsoft Office, the Internet, websites, email, apps and texting.

- Base Salary: $52-$65K/year (plus additional bonus package (depending on experience)
