Exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest growing franchise companies in the US! Anago of Denver is looking for a Brand Manager to work out of our office in Westminster, CO. Plenty of room for development, leadership and career growth! Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly inspections of client accounts
  • New account walk-throughs with franchisees and handover from sales to operations
  • Conduct orientation sessions for new franchisees
  • Handle client requests and issues
  • Franchise support and training
  • Build customer relations with clients
  • Build strong relationships with franchisees

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Charismatic and relationship-focused
  • Minimum 2 years Customer Service or Cleaning experience in the janitorial/service industries
  • Valid Driver’s License and Insurance Coverage
  • Basic computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite
