If Southwest Connecticut becomes your new home, you will be the liaison between our franchisees and their commercial cleaning clients. You will visit offices and facilities receiving their services, perform evaluations on those services, and build relationships with the clients and franchisees. Your goal is complete customer satisfaction. You will also offer them additional services during your visits, providing you opportunities to earn even more in commission!

About You:

You have a minimum of two (2) year(s) of customer service. You have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks. You are a problem-solver who can effectively work under pressure and manage many projects simultaneously. You are customer-centric and provide exceptional service to your clients. You have experience as a business coach or mentor who can, when needed, provide training, guidance, and support to our franchisees.

Skills/Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Dependable transportation with insurance
  • Expert level of written and verbal communication skills
  • A Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Franchise experience a plus but not necessary
