Anago Cleaning Systems, a nationally recognized Franchise, has an immediate opening for CRM Support Analyst based out of our Corporate Headquarters in Fort Lauderdale.

In this exciting role, you will work closely with our internal team and our franchise offices to help support their operations.  This includes support, training, reporting, testing, developing training materials, and more.

This is a full-time position: Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support both internally and to Franchise Offices
  • Assist in training of Franchise Owners and their staff in our CRM software
  • Maintaining CRM databases
  • Assist in developing training materials
  • Implementation of training materials
  • Other related projects as assigned

Skills / Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in the Adobe suite of software a plus
  • Experience in Adobe Captivate software a plus
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task
  • Positive attitude and a team player
