Exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest growing franchise companies in the US! National Janitorial Franchise Company is looking for a Customer Service Field Representative.            

Responsibilities:

  • Monthly inspections of client accounts
  • Handle client requests and issues
  • Franchise support and coaching
  • Build customer relations
  • Set up extra services with existing clients


Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Conduct orientation classes
  • Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience in the janitorial/service industries.
  • Valid Driver’s License and Insurance Coverage
  • Basic computer skills
  • Bilingual English and Spanish preferred but not required
