Field Customer Service Representative

Compensation: $35,000 - $50,000/year depending on experience

What does a successful candidate look like:
  *   Bilingual in English and Spanish
  *   Comfortable visiting client locations
  *   Ability to help franchise owners solve customer service inquiries from clients
  *   Desire to develop franchisees to better serve their clients
  *   Find opportunities to provide additional services for clients
  *   Ability to use computer systems to complete customer feedback forms
  *   Builds strong relationships with clients and franchisees
  *   Utilizes strong teamwork to improve stakeholder experience
  *   Has strong verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications:
  *   Previous experience in customer service
  *   Knowledge of janitorial services a plus but not required
  *   Strong computer skills
  *   Self starter mentality and strong organizational skills
