Inside Sales, Business Development Representative

 

The Inside Sales, Business Development Representative is a critical position in Anago of Charlotte’s organizational success.  This role drives activity for the Salespeople through daily prospecting consisting of cold calling, follow-up and other proactive efforts.  A successful candidate will be able to build rapport with prospects over the phone, utilize a systematic outreach cadence and possess a fearless attitude as it relates to activity. 

 

We are seeking part-time candidates to work in the Charlotte office or possibly remotely.  The compensation package includes an hourly rate and an opportunity to add commission based off Field Salespeople closing one’s appointments.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Call from the database to establish appointments for Salespeople.
  • Efficiently communicate & coordinate set appointments to Salespeople.
  • Keep notes, information and updates organized in the CRM.
  • Successful activities include minimum of 50 calls and 1 appointment set per day.

 

Position requirements:

  • Personable, dynamic, energetic and ambitious personality, able to establish trust.
  • Successful telesales experience preferred, but not required.
  • Organized person with strong time management skills.
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Calendar).
  • Tenacious follow up and strong work ethic.
