Nationally recognized franchised commercial cleaning company seeking motivated, career orientated Inside Sales Representatives to help us grow our client base. Our representatives assist our sales team by making qualified appointments for them. Seeking both Part time & Full-time positions:


  • Making outbound calls to potential clients to make appointments for outside sales team
  • Tracking daily phone calls
  • Helps develop established script to use when calling prospects.
  • Informs current and prospective customers of current promotions and new or upgraded products.
  • Enters names, addresses, phone numbers, and reactions of prospects solicited into computer database system.
  • Follows up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
  • Prepares weekly tele prospecting sheet.
  • Manages database on daily basis so that it is kept current, and calls do not fall behind.
  • Other daily tasks as needed


  • Minimum - High School Diploma / GED 
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated and a team player
  • 3 year minimum experience in outbound calling/appointment setting 
  • Business to business experience is preferred
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills with attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office
