Position Responsibilities

- Making outbound calls to local businesses

- Enter call information into CRM software

- Add scheduled appointments to calendar

 

Position Qualifications

- Must have own computer and phone

- Must have access to the internet

- Must know how to use internet and software to track calls and appointments

- High School Diploma / GED 

- **3 years minimum experience in outbound calling/appointment setting 

- Strong verbal & written communication skills with attention to detail 

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and G-Suite

- Positive attitude, self-motivated and a team player
