SUMMARY:

The Operations Field Consultant is a critical position in Anago of Metro Detroit’s organizational success. This role provides prompt and responsive customer service to our clients and our Franchisees and is critical in maintaining our brand and relationships with clients by doing visits to our clients. This role is also integral in setting up our Franchisees for success and helping them build their small business.  A successful candidate will be able to build rapport quickly with clients and Franchisees both in person and over the phone, utilize a systematic and organized plan to manage day to day responsibilities and possess a professional attitude and desire to provide the best service possible to our clients.

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

  • Conducts onsite inspections to ensure services were done properly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Conducts walkthroughs for new starts or transfers.
  • Provides orientation to the new franchise owners.
  • Matches existing unit franchise owner with the appropriate customer. 
  • Provides orientation to the new franchise owners.
  • Receives, tracks, and resolves all work orders in a timely manner.
  • Prepare quotes and manages special services and/or activities. 
  • Has strong customer relation skills and ability to resolve demanding issues and concerns.
  • Orientates, oversees, and supports franchise owners and customers.
  • Enters data in the system for all inspections performed during the day and send daily report to the office.
  • Performs monthly telephone inspections to current clients, as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Conduct training classes
  • Preferred 1 year Customer Service experience
  • Sales Experience also preferred
  • Experience in the janitorial/service industries a plus
  • Valid Driver’s License and Insurance Coverage
  • Basic computer skills

Experience:

  • sales: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
