Outside Account Executive
Job Description
National commercial cleaning company looking for an Outside Sales Representative for the Tampa Territory.
Responsibilities:
- Running appointments set by our telemarketing department
- Meeting with potential clients in person to discuss their cleaning needs
- Measuring facilities in order to produce accurate bid proposals
- Delivering/Presenting bid proposals to potential customers
- Follow-up on pending accounts
- Supplying our in-house telemarketing department with new leads
- Attending weekly sales meetings with Regional Director
- Update database with follow-up notes, turn in status reports to telemarketing manger weekly
- Prospecting for potential clients to set your own appointments, cold-calling, and canvassing a territory
- Supported by training and pre-set appointments
Skills / Requirements
- Prior sales experience necessary
- Must be highly motivated and confident
- Proven ability to close sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well a a professional appearance
- Able to provide valid drivers license and proof of insurance coverage
- Previous experience in the janitorial industry a plus
Pay Structure
- Base Salary + Commission + Bonus
- Gas Allowance and cell phone provided
- Complete paid training
