We are a multiple award-winning organization offering an exciting B2B expansion role. We are a locally/family owned and operated commercial cleaning company opened since 2005. We service the Greater Cincinnati, Northern KY, Dayton and Greater Columbus markets working from strategic offices in Cincinnati and Columbus.

As the leader of the Outside Sales Professional(s), you will sell commercial cleaning services across many industries, offering the latest technology in cleaning and disinfecting solutions in what is a recession-resistant industry. You will be supported with a full ecosystem to help drive sales including a Business Development Rep., Administrative and Operational support.
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional looking for a hyper-growth industry with a team culture that will reward you for your performance both in the short term and with ownership possibilities within three to five years.

Responsibilities include:
* Conduct pre-set sales calls, prepare and deliver template driven proposals and sign new recurring and 1X job accounts
* Collaborate with Operations Team and Administrative Support with new account start-ups
* Self-generate additional sales opportunities via networking, cold calling and earning client referrals * Proactively implement best in class sales processes and sales tracking
* Train and manage a team of professional salespeople
* Bachelor’s Degree preferred
* Minimum five years of B2B sales experience * Collaborate with Business Development (Inside Sales) to achieve weekly appointment targets and monthly sales targets
* Uphold Anago standards for honesty, integrity and professionalism * Foresight to manage and guide business development for territories * Review, follow up and work pipeline of leads and proposals in system in person and via email * Possess accountability standards for self and managed sales members
