In this exciting role, you will work closely with our internal team and our franchise offices to help support their operations. This includes support, training, reporting, testing, troubleshooting, developing training materials, and more. Base Salary: $50,000 - $55,000 /year

About You:

We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and task-orientated Technical Support Specialist. If you’re a self-motivated professional, capable of managing your workload and prioritizing daily tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment, this is a great opportunity! The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, possess strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and be able to balance multiple priorities.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Provide technical and operational support both internally and to franchise offices
  • Assist in training of Franchise Owners and their staff in our various CRM software platforms & processes
  • Assist in maintaining and updating CRM databases, document repositories, and operational platforms
  • Troubleshoot, test, and assist with developing new software solutions
  • Assist in developing and implementation of training materials
  • Other related projects as assigned

Needed knowledge and skills:

  • Fast learner with strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Independently motivated
  • Highly resourceful and accomplished team player with a solid ability to work independently
  • Strong use of critical thinking and contextual clues when troubleshooting with franchise offices or when working with software development
  • Forward-thinking individual who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Beginner to intermediate level experience in UI/UX designs, implementations, and testing
  • Intermediate to advanced-level computer skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office products
  • Careful attention to detail when performing data analysis
  • Experience working with developers in implementing and troubleshooting new or existing software
  • Understands workflows and can map out processes
  • Experience with system integrations and/or coordination
  • Experience with creating and updating SOPs for new or existing procedures
  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution preferred

  • Experience with Adobe Captivate software
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
