Anago Cleaning Systems of Southwest Connecticut is a leading Franchisor for commercial cleaning services in Fairfield & New Haven counties. Our office is located in the downtown Bridgeport area.

We are looking for a determined and energetic Telemarketer join our team and grow our business. You will make outbound calls to potential clients to share information about our company and explain how our cleaning services can enhance their business. Your ultimate goal will be to book appointments for our sales representative to successfully run. This is a fast-paced environment, so you must be a motivated self-starter who can maintain a professional demeanor while speaking to different kinds of clients. Training will be provided, both on our technology platforms and processes. Telemarketing, Time Share or Collections experience a plus.

Telemarketer Duties and Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients
  • Share information about our cleaning services
  • Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
  • Meet quotas for cold, active, and inactive calls

Telemarketer Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required
  • Telemarketing or customer service experience a plus
  • Energetic, professional, and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office/Google Suite
  • Pass a background check
