Territory Sales Account Manager

Anago of Charlotte has an immediate opening for a Territory Sales Account Representative position in the greater Charlotte market.
- Prospecting for potential clients leads and setting your own sales appointments, cold calling & canvassing territory
- Going on appointments you have set with the prospective client.
- Meet with prospective clients to discuss their cleaning needs, conduct facility inspections, gathering necessary data required to generate a bid proposal.
- Delivering / Presenting bid proposals to potential clients.
- Conduct customer follow-ups in a consistent manor and document database with detailed notes.
- Attend weekly sales meeting with Regional Director.
- Meet with Anago Franchisee Service Provider and Client for Operational walk through meetings.
- 1 Year minimum prior outside sales experience required.
- Must be highly motivated, solution oriented, tenacious and confident.
- Possess proven sales ability as well as basic business skills.
- Capable of closing sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a professional appearance.
- Previous experience in the Janitorial industry a plus.
- Ability to provide valid Driver’s license and proof of insurance coverage
- Salary plus GREAT commission package.

Pay: $35,000 to $75,000/year
Base Salary plus Commision
